It is also an important component in the preparation of synthetic fiber spinning oil.<\/li>\n<li>CDEA can be used as a metal rust inhibitor detergent and paint stripper.<\/li>\n<li>CDEA can be utilized in the preparation of metal abrasive materials and dewaxing agents. It is a nonionic surfactant (surface-active agent) that does not ionize into ions in aqueous solutions.\n\nIt is used as an emulsifying agent in products such as shampoos, personal care items, liquid soaps, and cosmetic materials, facilitating the homogenous mixing of two immiscible liquids.
