Injection – EN

HDPE, high-density polyethylenes. Derived from petroleum, HDPE is described as a material suitable for injection molding and sterilized. With a much stronger and rigid structure compared to other polyethylenes, HDPE has an extremely hard composition. HDPE is obtained from 1.75 kg of petroleum and 1 kg of HDPE raw material. Similar to other polyethylenes, HDPE has different characteristics. So, what are these characteristics?
  • HDPE has a lighter structure than water.
  • It is highly resistant to water and chemicals.
  • It is much more durable than LDPE in terms of light and outdoor conditions.
  • It has excellent mechanical properties and is resistant to impact and tension.
  • It possesses an easily producible feature.
